We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer your booking to another client. Any bookings that are not cancelled within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee. If you have paid an online booking deposit this will be forfeited where no notice of cancellation or no show has occurred. We send our clients a reminder SMS one day prior. Please call the salon directly to rebook or cancel – we cannot book/cancel appointments via social media channels.
We try to maintain a relaxing environment in our salon and kindly ask that you avoid bringing additional people to your appointments.
To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests we strongly suggest you do not bring children into the salon or retail area. Our staff are not available to care for children as they have allocated tasks to perform at all times. Children over 13 years old may wait in the reception area for treatments under 30 minutes long. Any children in the salon need to be supervised at all times and cannot be left unattended. Children are not permitted to enter treatment areas or the brow bar for insurance reasons.
